Water Baptism Sunday - June 2025

We will have a set time for water baptisms during our morning service. If you are interested, we encourage you to sign up for this important experience! Please feel free to invite family and friends to this special morning!
The ordinance of baptism by immersion is for all (adults and children) who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord. In this way, we declare to the world that we have died with Christ and that we, also, have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life. As for children, if your child is old enough to articulate their understanding of sin and forgiveness and their commitment to Christ on their own, then they are “old enough.” Each parent should make sure his or her child is ready for water baptism. As well, the congregation receives a blessing by witnessing water baptisms. When one tells how he or she has been freed from sin by the power of Jesus Christ, it encourages the saints and convinces the sinner! As well, water baptism is a mark of our unity first with Christ and, also, with His church (Ephesians 4:4, 5).
