The Power of the Ocean: A kids yoga and art workshop

Little yogis will learn to harness the power of the ocean through breathing techniques and inspired poses. This special, beach-themed session will include collaborative games, partner poses, a themed craft and calming techniques, including ocean and animal sounds.

For children ages 5-10, $35 per child.
