Back for another year, The Quad is built for athletes who want to test their fitness in a competitive but inclusive environment. Whether you’re stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you’re an experienced team looking to push the pace, this event delivers.

The Categories

πŸ”Ή Mixed Ability – Think Scaled 2 with a touch of S1

Designed for teams who are comfortable with the basics and ready to take on a challenge. Expect movements such as:

βœ” Box Jumps

βœ” Pull-Ups

βœ” Hand-Release Press-Ups

βœ” Burpees

βœ” Toes to Bar

βœ” Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)

βœ” Weights: 40/30kg for recycling (we class recycling as sets of 10+ reps)

πŸ”Ή Intermediate Ability – Scaled 1 with a hint of RX

A step up in intensity, this category is for teams who have at least two athletes confident with:

βœ” Double Unders

βœ” Box Jumps

βœ” All gymnastics (except Ring Muscle-Ups)

βœ” Weights: 60/42.5kg for recycling (sets of 10+ reps)
