This area is famous for its springs and wells. The Romans had thermal baths here in the 1st Century, St Cadoc established a church and holy well here in the 6th Century and the area has had spiritual significants since the Bronze Age. We also get spectacular aerial views from up here of Cardiff and the whole of the Vale of Glamorgan to the south and the Taff Valley to the north. And the enigmatic Castell Coch.

Adult tickets are £10, children a6 and under go free so a great way of introducing them to our fascinating local history.
