You will learn lots of tips to help you enjoy a good night's sleep.
Nadine will share techniques that really work and teach you new calmer habits to enable you to put the worry of not sleeping well in the past.

Nadine is the founder and teacher of the Calmer Self Method and has been sharing her techniques for over 15 years.

Mortain Place is a beautiful, relaxing setting for this event.
it is free to attend and there is free parking.
