Machen - Ruperra Castle - Dreathen History walk (Glamorgan History Walks 2025)

The Morgans were one of the most significant families in south Wales history and our walk takes us to one of their former seats at Rupera. But this landscape is equally peppered with reminders of the Iron Age, the Tudor period and everything since. You will also be staggered by the incredible views.

Tickets are £10 for adults and children under 16 go free.
