Sensing Sovereignty is a trauma-informed, experiential yoga and somatic healing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Through mindfulness, gentle movement, compassion-led practices, and meditation, we’ll explore how to cultivate agency over how we experience life—and how we relate to our own suffering.
