HAPPY 80TH ANNIVERSARY!!!
In 1945, the origins of Triangle Players Drama Group were formed, and in order to celebrate this historical milestone, and to celebrate being the oldest amateur dramatics group active in Reading, we are opening our doors to the public for a FREE OPEN DAY on Saturday 5th July 2025 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm!!
Come down to the Tilehurst Methodist Church Hall to explore our group’s history!
- We will have a short 5 minute sketch performed by our members twice during the event at 2pm and 3pm!
- See photographs and programmes from across this 80 year journey!
- See characters in costumes and props used in our productions
- We will have our lighting equipment out, demonstrating the hard work of our technical team!
- If you have any interest in taking part in one of the many role available within the group, come and talk to us about the prospects we offer!
We can’t wait to see you all there! We have reached a superb milestone as a group, so let’s celebrate some of Tilehurst’s finest performers!!
