this interactive sourdough specialty workshop will offer participants a comprehensive and
hands-on experience in the art of sourdough bread-making.*

The basics of sourdough fermentation and how to care for a starter.
Techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring dough.
Baking tips to achieve a perfect crust and crumb.

Each participant will take home:
The loaf they mixed during the class.
A sourdough starter.
A printed next-steps guide for continuing the sourdough process at home.

Provided during the event:
Sourdough starter for each participant to take home.
Pre-measured ingredients for dough preparation.
Tools for hands-on practice (mixing bowls, scrapers, measuring cups, etc.)
Printed guides with recipes and troubleshooting tips.
A demonstration loaf for tasting or display.

Additionally, Pre-made sourdough loaves will be available for purchase after the class.
