Join us every Monday for a 60 minute bone building workout. Bone Building is a very specific set of weight bearing exercises used to strengthen major muscle groups that helps
to maintain and increase bone density. Class consists of a warm up, balance, stretch and cardio segments, followed by weighted arms, legs and core exercises, concluding with cool down stretches that offers a complete and well-rounded workout that anyone can do. Please bring optional hand weights (1-6 pounds) and/or ankle weights, a bottle of water, closed-toe and flexible sneakers. Class is led by Raindrop Fisher CFT. Donations are appreciated!
