A 4 week Beginner Yoga Course that I’m starting in Halton in the GORGEOUS Balm Wellness Studio in Halton Mill.
When?
Starts Monday 23rd June, 6.15-7.15pm for 4 consecutive weeks.

Who’s it for?
The class is open to everybody so please come along if you’ve ever thought about trying Yoga or want to work through the postures a little slower and learn some new ways to switch off from everything and do something so positive for yourself! Yoga can have the most profound impact on your life and I’m excited to share it with you!
I’ve taught many beginners that have gone on to do their own teacher training and many that have found that it just becomes something really beneficial in their lives and something to look forward to each week, giving that bit of space needed from life and to actually have an hour to look internally and look after you.
I know starting something new can be daunting but I’m pretty sure you’d leave feeling more relaxed than when you arrived.
If you’ve ever thought about trying Yoga - now is the time. I’ll be there to support and gently guide you. Some of the benefits you may experience include better sleep, more clarity and focus in the mind, less tense and more relaxed, enhanced mind body soul connection, more flexibility, more strength.
