Second Saturday Neighborhood Cleanup (August)

Second Saturday is a grassroots community clean-up initiative organized by our beautiful committee members and dedicated volunteers. Each month, on the second Saturday, we gather to clean, care for, and celebrate different areas of our neighborhood. Together, we’re building pride, connection, and a culture of involvement in the spaces we all share. 🌳💪

📍 Location: Powers Park

What to expect:
- Litter pickup, light landscaping, and general clean-up
- Fun, fellowship, and the chance to make a visible difference
- Great for families, students, and anyone who cares about our community

What to Bring: gloves, garden tools (rakes, clippers, and shovels), and plenty of enthusiasm! We’ll provide some supplies, like garbage bags but extra tools and helping hands are always welcome!
