Regular beginner classes starting in September!
WHAT TO BRING
The class is really active and a great workout. Bring clothes suitable for being active. Trainers are best for moving in. Bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated. For safety remove all visible jewellery. All sabers and safety equipment are provided.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We start with a great warm up and introduction to the sport. We then will give you the skills to handle a light saber with drills and exercises. At the end of the class we put your skills to the test in the duelling stage.
HOW TO DUEL
We will give you all the skills to duel in your first session. We duel using safe techniques designed to be able to duel for fun without injury. Duelling is optional and cheering from the side of the arena is always appreciated.
