We knew that motherhood would change who we are as women, but maybe didn't realize just how intense that change is. Compounded with being the primary/solo caregiver, often with minimal support, leaves a lot of us isolated and starved for genuine connection. So, I decided to create The Mommunity Collective and host a Single Mother Gathering to create a moment in time and space for us to come together off of social media and actually SOCIALIZE with other adults! I'm hoping to create a vibe that is informal, fun, inclusive, and fosters REAL genuine connection. I'm planning on bringing PB+J (and Sun butter), some name tags and maybe hit Dollar Tree for some digging toys. Any communal contributions are totally optional and not expected, I'm just Italian and that'd what They have a sand pit with water so prepare for that! Can't wait see you all then!
