We look forward to welcoming you to our monthly Grief Cafes in at Martlets Cafe in Hove.
Come along to sit with a coffee and connect with others who will understand something of your grief. It can be helpful to know you are part of a community of others who have become bereaved and are finding their way back into life again.
The cafe is open to anyone over 18 whose loved one died under our care.
Your grief journey is unique and there are no rules to how and when and how you might access support. You will always be welcomed, whatever stage you are at in your grief.
There is no need to book, just show up. There's no cost for the Grief Cafe, but donations are welcomed.
About the space:
Based at the hospice in Hove in the newly built cafe situated at the front of the hospice. The cafe will be open to all customers, and you can buy refreshments. The cafe closes to the public at 4pm so we will have a more confidential space for part of the group.
