Candle and Shadow

Please accept this invitation to a community led grief circle. A space held for talking, listening and sharing in loving community with open heart. We will sit in circle and share simple crafts while talking about the grief we hold. Grief for loved ones lost, parts of ourselves, collective grief for the times we are living in, all welcome. There is no pressure to talk, only if you feel called. I will provide a space to feel seen and supported alongside herbal teas and home made cake.
