This is a 45-60 min class to support anyone experiencing menopausal symptoms, such as; insomnia, hot flushes, physical aches and pains, anxiety, depression, loss of confidence, brain fog and memory loss (to name a few!) and a chance to talk about our experiences in a safe space and in the company of other's experiencing this life transition.
Regardless of the negative aspects often experienced and associated with this time of life, it is actually a profound shift and should be honoured and celebrated!
