Beach training

sessions will take place on the beach near the bottom of Fisherman's Walk Zig Zag (opposite the Commodore pub on the Southbourne Overcliff). Depending on how the weather is we will look to head to the Spyglass of a drink and bite to eat after training or maybe a beach BBQ.
