Southend parkrun #600

We can't quite believe it but we're hosting our 600th event on Saturday the 28th June! That is many, many laps of the lake!

Come on down to run, jog or walk the event, bring friends, bring family!

Fancy dress is optional but encouraged on the theme of:

"Dress as Epic or outrageous runners from across time or imagination" Think Roman messengers, 80s track stars, superheroes mid-sprint, even Forrest Gump!

We hope you'll all join in a celebratory, community picnic after the event in the finish area
