Are you new to yoga, or want to learn more about the postures and everything that yoga is about? Then this could just be for you.

A six-week programme of 60 minute classes designed to introduce students to yoga.

By the end of the programme you will:
• Have explored some of the key poses (asanas) which are commonly included in yoga classes
• Tried some basic controlled breathing techniques (pranayama)
• Experienced some simple meditations (dhyana)
• Have an insight into the roots of yoga and the key differences in western yoga practice

You don't need any prior knowledge of yoga, all will be revealed; and yes - yoga is for everyone!

Classes will be held at St Laurence's Church Hall, on the corner of Brook Barn Way and Sea Place, Goring by Sea BN12 4BY. Free parking on site and in adjacent roads.

£50 for the six week course (a deposit will be required to secure your place).
