Dr. Brooke Winchell is an Associate Professor at The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. She has extensive experience working with children with challenging behaviors and is a certified trainer for Triple P - Positive Parenting Program and Stepping Stones. Dr. Winchell also provides professional development, collaborates with school districts and presents at conferences on the topic of behavior and promoting social emotional development.
