The Scopes Trial Centennial Conference

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Famous Scopes Trial this July. This special event will explore the trial’s history and its lasting impact on science, education, and the law. Attendees will hear from renowned speakers (including TIES Director Bertha Vazquez) from the fields of evolutionary biology, law, and history and will have the opportunity to visit the site of the famous trial at the historic Rhea County Court House in Dayton, TN.
