Join Victor Andy Castillo, "El Abogado de la Salsa", as he celebrates his 11th anniversary of making music in the Pacific Northwest by bringing his unique style of Salsa, Timba, Rumba, Bolero and Son to Black & Tan Hall. Channeling his Cuban roots, this performance will showcase the energy, dance and powerful voice that makes him an artist you will love to see perform.
