You're invited! Join us at our support group for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). HCM is a complex condition that causes your heart muscle to thicken (hypertrophy) and can affect people at any age.
The experts at Tampa General Hospital and USF Health invite you to learn more and meet with our multidisciplinary team who care for patients with this specific condition.
The aim of the HCM Support Group is to improve the quality of life of those living with HCM and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support and educational opportunities to gain a better understanding of the disease process and treatment plans.
