Protecting Your Energy

This class will explain what it means to be a Lightworker or empath in these current times and how it affects our energy and lives. Debbie will then go over the different ways we can learn to protect our energy in different situations to help us live our highest good and enjoy our day to day lives. Class will include a packet of information discussed in class, a guided meditation, and a gift to help add extra protection of our energy
