St Cecilia's CS Church invite you to come along and enjoy the healing sound vibration of the Gong with Anita Panayiotis.
The Gong bath is a powerful sonic meditation, allowing you to embark on a deeply mystical meditative journey.
The sound vibration created from the Gongs can assist in the release of emotional and energy blocks within the body and stimulate deep healing on a cellular level. Bringing about a sense of peace and well being. Participants often say that the positive effect of a Gong can last for several days.
What should I bring?
A yoga or camping mat, blanket and a small pillow or cushion. For participants with back problems a chair can be used.
A Gong bath is best experienced when you are comfortable.
