Turn it upside down!
An empowering and challenging yoga Inversions workshop with Fusion Flow teacher, Vivi. Learn to balance on your hands, head and forearms as your “next level” step for yogi’s wanting to power up.
A vinyasa/flow style practice will warm up your body and prepare you to go upside down. You will gain valuable understanding of your body’s anatomy, build a strong foundation through strength training and learn tips & tricks to inversions.
Learn how to safely transition, both entering and exiting inversions during your practice, an important aspect when learning new physical skills.
3 Inversion Postures you will practice: Headstand,/Sirsasana, Forearm Stand/Pincha Mayurasana, Handstand/Adho Mukha Vrksasana.
Enjoy gaining insight, building strength, flexibility and confidence while enjoying life from a new perspective!
Contraindications include pregnancy, heart & eye pressure conditions, neck & head injuries.
Bring water, your mat and a towel. Refrain from eating 2 hours before event.
