The Long Fuses are a Midlands / Shropshire-based band led by singer-songwriter Nigel Brookes (vocals/guitar), joined by Graham Quirk (guitar), John Large (drums), and Scott Edge (bass).
Blending thoughtful lyrics with jangly guitars and soulful pop melodies, their sound draws from influences like The Kinks, The Byrds, Squeeze, Wilco, Curtis Mayfield, and Scott Walker.
Their debut album, Sing for the Sun, is set for release in 2025.
