This 1-day workshop will give you the underpinning knowledge and confidence to work safely with your pre-pregnant, pregnant and post-natal clients.
Preconception: fertility, infertility and treatment, including IVF and reflexology protocols for each stage.

Pregnancy: common ailments during pregnancy and reflexology protocols. It also covers ‘priming labour’ which is a protocol to encourage labour.

Post-natal: postpartum stage of the pregnancy journey and reflexology protocols.
