Join us for a relaxation Sound /Gong Bath at this beautiful venue as we gather to celebrate the longest day. The Summer Solstice is the perfect time to reflect and refresh and to think about what no longer serves us.
Don't worry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too.
All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on you mat, we will take care of the rest. (Please see the booking link for things you need to bring).
We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments.
Then immerse yourself in the soothing sounds including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. We will end with refreshments.
