The goals we have set for this course are:

- to understand the principles of meditation practice
- to be able to sit comfortably and still
- the ability to follow a basic meditation technique independently
- to establish a regular home meditation practice
- to be inspired to further develop knowledge and skills in meditation

In our daily lives, we increasingly need more focus, inner clarity, and perhaps most of all, inner peace. These qualities are inherent to us, though sometimes hidden by a busy mind. This course will provide both theoretical and practical methods to reconnect with your Self. Suitable for complete beginners, those returning to their practice after a break, or anyone seeking the support of the Sangha.
