Successful completion of this course will allow you to draw from the holster at Timberline!
This 4 hour class teaches shooters how to quickly and safely draw their firearm from a holster and keep it functioning in defensive situations.
Individuals taking this class should already possess a basic understanding of safe gun handling, how their firearm operates and marksmanship.
No beginner shooters please.
Topics include:
*The Defensive Mindset
*Holster Options
*Drawing & Holstering
*Reloading
*Malfunctions
*Cover/Concealment
This class is designed for semi-automatic pistols, but we are happy to work with people shooting revolvers as well.
Students must have a belt mounted, outside-the-waistband holster which holds their pistol on the strong side hip.
A spare magazine holder is highly recommended, but not required.
Completion of this class may qualify you to draw from a strong side outside-the-waistband holster at our indoor range.
This class will be held at Timberline Firearms classroom/indoor range.
Tuition is $100
No refunds. May reschedule if we are notified at least 7 days in advance.
