𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁’𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀.
In 2023 and 2024 animal protection organisation Farm Transparency Project investigated 𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 across five states. They installed dozens of hidden cameras, capturing hundreds of hours of footage of the slaughter of pigs, goats, cows, calves, sheep, rabbits, ducks, chickens, deer and camels.
𝗔𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
