IBCC Attestation Delay

Salam! I sent my documents for IBCC (Lahore) attestation, but I haven't received them back yet. My friend sent hers to Islamabad on the same day and received hers two weeks ago. I'm worried and have tried contacting IBCC but they haven't responded.
