Mary Stevens Athena Karate & DC Karate for Life - Seminar

Mary Stevens and I will be teaching our second seminar together in June. I will examine karate’s kinetic chain, which is essential for efficient movement and power generation. Mary will teach the kata, Neko-Do, which she created to allow the practitioner to develop principles and drills for self-defence against a stronger/taller threat).
