Phat Duck Lift Medley
Three Duck Walks to be lifted to lockout from various heights with increasing sided handles (start at 60mm handle)
Weights To Be Confirmed
Event 3 Circus DB Medley
Split times on each pick. All DBs out for all classes.
Event 4 Blob Medley
Split times on each pick.
All blobs out for all classes.
All Athletes must start on lightest and cannot skip onto next before good rep signal.from the ref.
Event 5
Dinnie Rings Hold
Weight TBC.
All Athletes will receive a Competition T-shirt during registration and a Medal and Certificate awarded to every participation during Presentation with Trophies to the Podium Finishes of each Class, and Extra Prize to the Winner of each Class.
