Join us for a 5km lap around the city centre of Hereford at any time during the 24 hours of the event. It's completely free to take part and the laps are open to all abilities, with run leaders present to guide you. You can run as many or as few laps as you'd like. Simply turn up to our host venue and join in the next lap to depart.
