Join us as we host our inaugural Abbott World Marathon Major (AWMM) event this August, 2025! With an expected 35,000 runners to take on the seventh AWMM, we are thrilled to be welcoming runners from around the globe to Sydney.
The marathon will not only be the largest ever held in Australia, but also the centrepiece of an entire running festival. This festival will feature over 50,000 participants from more than 100 countries, making it the largest event of its kind in Australia. Sunday 31st August comprises of three events, namely the TCS Sydney Marathon, the TCS Sydney Marathon 10km, and the TCS Sydney Marathon Elite Wheelchair race.
