Gentle seated yoga and meditation while floating on a paddleboard with Kelly Warters of "A Breath of Calm Yoga". A meditative yoga practice focusing on mindful movement, relaxation, and breathing while enjoying the gentle movement of the paddleboard and the sounds of nature during the golden hour. The perfect ending to a summer day.

This is gentle seated/laying yoga class unlike our regular SUP Yoga. No experience necessary

please bring a small towel/blanket/sweatshirt for comfort. I use mine for support of lower back while laying on board and when it gets chilly in the evening
