About this Event

In this session we move from the consesus that: If Black people are free, then ALL people will be free. This session is open to all and centers movement organizers, activists, and community caretakers.

During this session, we engage in a breathwork practice, followed by a sound bath that includes crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more! Breathwork is activ e breath practice that allows for a deep sense of release and relaxation. This session is guided by Naadiya - breathwork facilitator, sound practitioner, and reiki healer.

Altar Invitation: If you feel called, please bring items to place on our communal altar for reverence and remembrance of our ancestors (does not have to be of familial connection).
