Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation experience at Arlington Park & Clubhouse every Friday. Take a break from your busy week and unwind in the serene surroundings of the park. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. Connect with yourself, find inner peace, and start your weekend on a positive note. Don't miss out on this opportunity to destress and refocus. See you there!


Meet outside the clubhouse at the benches.


We will start with some stretching, followed by mindful walking and then sitting meditation.


Please bring a folding chair or cushion for the sitting portion of the meditation.


I am a Psychospiritual teacher oriented towards integrating psychology and spirituality to enrichen our daily life. I am trained as a psychotherapist practicing for almost 20 years. I’ve been involved in my personal spiritual evolution for over 20 years. I’ve been on retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, SN Goenka Vipassana, at Spirit Rock and with Amma. I’ve been specifically immersed for over 15 years in the Diamond Logos teachings, which integrates traditional and new age psychology, spirituality and the body work.
