Evening Veterans Park Redondo Beach Sound Bath & Meditation

Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you find peace and tranquility by the beach. There will be sound bowls, chimes, a gong, a rainstick, an energy drum, and more. This in-person event is the perfect way to wrap up your weekend with positive energy and awareness. No meditation experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to just be.

We will be at Veterans Park at 309 Esplanade, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. Find us on towards the water, on the opposite side of the park from the children's play area. Look for the Veteran's Park Community Center and the Veteran's Park Senior Center.

Things to bring: a blanket/towel, and layers depending on weather. You may want to also bring sunglasses or a small towel to put over your face if you don't like the feeling of the direct sun on your face. See you there!
