Based on the Kids’ Brains & Screens curriculum, this event breaks down key brain science in a simple, engaging way and offers practical, real-life strategies to prevent—or even reverse—screen addiction.
Attendees will learn:
- How screen time affects focus, behavior, and brain development
- Early warning signs of screen overuse
- Actionable steps to build healthier screen habits at home
- Tools for creating a balanced digital environment for the whole family
