For one night only, Aish travels from Toronto to collaborate with NYC’s own Bazm, bringing together two creative forces for an evening rooted in connection, curiosity, and flavor.

Hosted in the striking and creative space of Ostudio in Brooklyn, this intimate gathering invites guests to sit around a thoughtfully curated table where each course tells a story, and every detail is guided by intention.

The evening begins with welcome drinks by SAG, an award-winning spirit known for reimagining the drinking experience with bold creativity and refined edge. From there, the night unfolds into a sensory journey through a multi-course menu accompanied by wine, designed to transport through texture, aroma, and unforgettable moments.
