Join us for a free Barre class with Jessica!
This low-impact, vinyasa-style exercise class moves between the mat and the barre. You'll stretch, strengthen your muscles, and learn new moves β with modifications available for all levels, whether you're working around limitations or looking for a challenge.
Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to help build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility through small, controlled movements.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, and donβt forget a closed water bottle to stay hydrated!
