About this Event
Next Generation Navigators is located in the conference room of tower two.
This group is aimed at teenagers aged 14-18 who are grappling with self-esteem, body image, and depressive thoughts as well as struggling to navigate the complexities of school, social life, and personal challenges. It offers a supportive space for them to explore questions about their self-worth, self-image, and confidence. The group also focuses on helping participants understand their value and develop healthier perspectives on themselves.
This group is a good fit if your teen needs help with:
- Confidence and self-acceptance
- Questioning their self-image and self-worth
- Depressing thoughts
Whether theyβre dealing with anxiety, self-worth issues, or feeling unheard, this group empowers them to create healthy routines, manage emotions, and communicate more effectively. We can offer the guidance and support your teen needs.
Participants will learn to:
- Create healthy boundaries for both school and home life
- Manage their emotions and express themselves without feeling overwhelmed
- Develop coping strategies for anxiety and feelings of self-doubt
This group is especially helpful for teens who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts or self-harm, as it provides a safe environment for them to explore their feelings and experiences.
