Please join us on 10 August for a fun community ruck hike! Rucking is an awesome way to build strength, get Zone 2 cardio, and help with bone density and health! It’s simply wearing a weighted backpack while hiking!

Trust me—rucking seriously levels up your strength and supports your body in ways that matter now and later. It’s low-key one of the best ways to boost bone health and stay strong for the long haul. And if you're 35+ and heading into peri-menopause, this kind of movement is a total power move for your future self.

It’s all about good vibes, movement, and getting outside with awesome people. Think fresh air, feel-good energy, and a little reset for your body. And of course, I’m bringing snacks from Just BE Kitchen and some electrolytes to keep us vibin’

If you have a ruck, bring it – I’ll have extras if you want to try! If you just want to hike, you’re still welcome to join!

Lots of parking at this trailhead – be sure to use the location provided, as there are multiple entrances to the trail!
