About this Event

Ever wanted to train like a professional, or even a college, athlete? This outdoor bootcamp workout will be tough, but participants of all fitness levels can participate. Break a sweat both individually and as a part of a team, as you go through different skills and traits that athletes have, including agility, power, speed, and reaction. Finish off with another skillful game designed to test all these skills.

Registration and Pre-Workout Networking

Info: Arrive early to sign your waiver and meet some of your fellow campers for this class!



🕑: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Workout

Info: Whether you’re coming solo or bringing a friend, here’s what you can expect in each 45-60 minute session:


1. Dynamic Warmup

Loosen up and get the blood flowing with movement-based mobility and light cardio to prep your body for the work ahead.


2. Main Workout

A fast-paced, full-body circuit using bodyweight and functional equipment—think strength, cardio, agility, and core. Designed to challenge and adapt to your level.


3. Fitness Game or Challenge

Let’s make it fun! Each session ends with a creative partner or group challenge to build community, boost energy, and spark a little friendly competition.


4. Cooldown, Stretch, and Belt Ceremony

Ease your heart rate down and improve flexibility with guided recovery movements to help your body bounce back. After cooldown, I will award the camper who brought it the most with "The Belt."
