About the Host, Define Private Training:

Define Private Training is a private womenโ€™s gym in Frisco, Texas, empowering women 30+ to build a stronger, healthier version of themselves in a safe, supportive space. Through expert coaching, small group sessions, and personalized programs, we meet you where you are and help you define your own version of strong.

We have all been trying to process the tragedy which hit too close to home for all of us. The overwhelming feeling of grief for our connected community has also led to such a helpless feeling of not knowing how to help, who to help. What we do have is the power of community and we are going to use that to band together to help the best way we know how. We hope you invite as many people as you can to join us as a community to support our neighbors in the Texas Hill Country. We believe this is the true purpose of a community like ours - to come together, to support, to help, and to lift each other up when we are unable to do it ourselves. Thank you always for your support!
