Collage for Mindfulness – Creative Calm Before the March
About this Event
Start your Pride day with a gentle, grounding creative session designed for all ages and abilities. Collage for Mindfulness offers a calming, sensory-friendly space to slow down, connect, and get inspired before the energy of the march.
In this relaxed drop-in workshop led by eco-artist Aslan Herzen (he/him, ze/zem), you'll:
Ø Tear and layer recycled papers for beautiful textures and colours
Ø Doodle or freewrite your intentions, affirmations, or Pride slogans
Assemble your own A5 collage to take home—or turn it into a positive sign to carry on the march
Perfect for families, neurodivergent participants, or anyone who wants a mindful, welcoming start to the day. Drop in anytime during the session and make it your own.
